Cancellation Policies:

Ski Method LLC and the CM Team reserve the right to cancel or reschedule any programs. If a CM or Ski Method LLC product is canceled by the provider, a full refund will be made to the client.

International ski adventures, and any domestic ski camps that include lodging as part of the package:

Deposits are required to secure your accommodation, and are refundable up until the deposit deadline described on the relevant specific product page and in the corresponding product brochure. Likewise, payment in full is required by the published full payment deadline in the product page and product brochure. If a deposit is made but the remaining balance is not paid by the relevant deadline, Ski Method LLC has the right to retain the deposit even if there is no longer room for the participant in the program. Any payments made after the deposit date, including full payments for camps, are not refundable, nor transferable to another date or product.

Domestic ski camps that don't include lodging:

Payment in full is required at the time of registration. All payments are non-refundable, and are transferable strictly at the discretion of Ski Method LLC and it's officers. 

Camp Policies:

The Clendenin Method reserves the right to refuse service or dismiss from participation in any Clendenin Method lesson,
camp, or tour:

• any client who has been or is currently behaving in an unsafe manner or not in accordance with local health
  requirements,
• any client who does not meet the minimum requirement of being able to comfortably ski all groomed terrain, or
• any client who has been or is currently being disruptive in a lesson, camp, or tour.

Qualified CM-certified Coaches will be present at all CM programs. Clendenin Productions LLC does not guarantee that John Clendenin will be present at any CM programs.

Release of Liability and Indemnity

By registering for a CM program, including any type of trip, camp, or lesson, I acknowledge the following:

I have voluntarily applied to participate in a Clendenin Method program offered by Ski Method LLC. I understand that the sports of skiing and snowboarding pose risks of injury that are my responsibility. I assume these risks, including the risk posed by loss of control and collisions with other skiers or snowboarders, trees, rocks, racing gates, and manmade obstacles, whether they are obvious or not obvious.

I agree as consideration for being permitted to participate in the Clendenin Method program not to sue Ski Method LLC, it’s ownership or staff, the Aspen Skiing Company, the U.S. Forest Service, and any associated employees, agents, instructors, officers, directors, and affiliates of these organizations, including program and event organizers, staff, coaches, and sponsors, as well as their heirs, successors, and executors, for injury, damage, or death resulting from participation in the ski or snowboard days and related activities, including off snow activities, regardless of the cause, including negligence. I agree to defend, hold harmless and indemnify any and all of the above and their respective officers, agents and employees from any suits, actions or claims arising out of or in any way connected with my participation in said program.

I hereby authorize the use and reproduction of any and all photographs, film, and video taken of me, without compensation, and understand that all photos and videos taken by Ski Method LLC staff and affiliates shall constitute the property of Ski Method LLC.

Clendenin Productions LLC and the Clendenin Method Programs reserve the right to cancel or reschedule CM programs. CM will provide a full refund if a program is cancelled. A full refund will be provided if a program is rescheduled and a client is no longer able to participate.

I understand that I am responsible for meeting all requirements to travel to the host country of the program, and return to my home country. I agree that I am responsible for any personal medical situations and devices.

I have read this agreement fully, and understand that this agreement is binding on my heirs and assigns, and that I am releasing certain legal rights that I otherwise may have.
